How do I know which rail system I have?
Hymer motorhomes from around 2024 onwards use the Hook-In multifunction rail — it has a distinctive channel shape and the accessories slide in from the side. Dethleffs uses an aluminium rail with a different profile. If you're unsure, take a photo of your rail and message us — we can identify it quickly.
Can I order a product in a different colour?
Most products are available in Black and Grey. Some are available in additional colours including Orange and Green. If you want a specific colour that isn't listed, get in touch — we may be able to accommodate custom colour requests depending on filament availability.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes — we ship worldwide. European orders typically arrive in 5–10 working days via tracked Royal Mail International. Germany, France, Netherlands and other European destinations are all well within reach. Shipping costs are shown at checkout on Etsy or eBay.
My order arrived but it doesn't fit. What do I do?
Message us directly on Etsy or eBay — whichever platform you ordered through. We'll sort it out. If we've made an error or the product genuinely doesn't fit as described, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. Customer service is important to us and you'll see that reflected in our reviews.
Can you make something custom?
Sometimes, yes. If you have a specific storage problem that none of our existing products solve, describe it and send photos if possible. Several products in our current range started as custom requests. We can't always say yes, but we'll always reply.
Are products suitable for a Eriba caravan?
Many Eriba campervans and caravans use the same Hymer Hook-In multifunction rail system — so yes, the Hymer-compatible products should fit. It's worth double-checking your rail profile matches before ordering. Message us with your Eriba model if you're not sure.
